- What data do we collect
Full name, e-mail address, phone number, address, details required for booking tourist services, and any special requests (diet, accessibility, etc.).
- Purpose of processing
Processing enquiries, organising tour programmes, issuing quotes and invoices, booking accommodation and activities, organising events, and sending programme information with user consent.
- Storage period
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
- User rights
Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to, and data portability.

- Login and booking
Application for the tourist programme can be made via the website, email or telephone.
The reservation is valid after confirmation by the organiser and payment according to the offer or invoice.
- Cost of the trip
The price includes the services listed in the itinerary. Any additional services not listed in the itinerary are not included in the price.
- Payment method
Payment can be made by bank transfer or other available payment methods.
- Cancellation of trip by traveller
The passenger may cancel the reservation exclusively in writing (by email).
The date of receipt of written notice of termination shall be considered the date of cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellation costs
– 30 days prior to programme commencement – administrative fee
– 29 – 15 dana prije početka programa – do 50 % cijene programa
– 14 – 7 days before the start of the programme – up to 80 % of the programme price
– less than 7 days before the start of the programme – 100 % of the programme price
In case of non-attendance (no-show), the organiser reserves the right to charge the full programme fee.
- Passenger replacement
The traveller may, with the organiser's consent, transfer their booking to another person, subject to any amendment fees.
- Force majeure termination
If a traveller cancels their trip for serious reasons, it is recommended to use cancellation insurance.
- Travel insurance
Travellers are advised to take out travel insurance, which may include health insurance, accident insurance, luggage insurance and travel cancellation insurance.
