During strawberry season, participants will first take part in picking fresh strawberries in the garden, and then together they will prepare homemade jam according to a traditional recipe used by our grandmothers. During the workshop, you will learn how to properly prepare the fruit, how to achieve the perfect jam consistency, and how to preserve it without artificial additives. The workshop concludes with a tasting and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere at a country house.<\/span><\/p>\n
