In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare its distinctive layers \u2013 poppy seeds, walnuts, cottage cheese, and apples \u2013 which together create a rich and balanced flavour.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Me\u0111imurska gibanica is a symbol of Me\u0111imurje cuisine. In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare its distinctive fillings \u2013 poppy seed, walnut, cheese, and apple \u2013 and how to achieve the perfect balance of flavour and texture. Participants actively take part in the preparation from the pastry to the finished cake, and at the end, enjoy a tasting of freshly prepared gibanica.<\/span><\/p>\n
