Culinary Workshops – Eko Holiday Home Lina
In the warmth of a country house Eko Holiday Home Lina, in the heart of green Međimurje, we organise small boutique culinary workshops inspired by our grandmothers' traditional recipes.
The workshops are designed as an authentic experience where participants get to know local ingredients, traditional recipes, and the stories of Međimurje's culinary heritage through cooking.

During plum ripening season, participants take part in preparing homemade jam according to a traditional recipe. You will learn how to prepare the fruit, how to properly cook jam without artificial additives, and how to preserve it naturally. Every participant is involved in the preparation process and can take some jam home.

Why choose this workshop
As part of the workshop, a representative from the Dr. Rudolf Steiner Centre will share knowledge on how to grow food according to biodynamic principles and why this food is good for our bodies.
