In the warmth of a country house Eko Holiday Home Lina, in the heart of green Međimurje, we organise small boutique culinary workshops inspired by our grandmothers' traditional recipes.
The workshops are designed as an authentic experience where participants get to know local ingredients, traditional recipes, and the stories of Međimurje's culinary heritage through cooking.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to prepare perfect yeasted dough – the basis for many homemade cakes. With guidance, we will prepare several traditional sweets that have been part of family kitchens for generations. You'll learn the little secrets to preparing soft and airy dough.

Why choose this workshop
As part of the workshop, a representative from the Dr. Rudolf Steiner Centre will share knowledge on how to grow food according to biodynamic principles and why this food is good for our bodies.
