Culinary Workshops – Eko Holiday Home Lina
In the warmth of a country house Eko Holiday Home Lina, in the heart of green Međimurje, we organise small boutique culinary workshops inspired by our grandmothers' traditional recipes.
The workshops are designed as an authentic experience where participants get to know local ingredients, traditional recipes, and the stories of Međimurje's culinary heritage through cooking.

During strawberry season, participants will first take part in picking fresh strawberries in the garden, and then together they will prepare homemade jam according to a traditional recipe used by our grandmothers. During the workshop, you will learn how to properly prepare the fruit, how to achieve the perfect jam consistency, and how to preserve it without artificial additives. The workshop concludes with a tasting and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere at a country house.

Why choose this workshop
As part of the workshop, a representative from the Dr. Rudolf Steiner Centre will share knowledge on how to grow food according to biodynamic principles and why this food is good for our bodies.
