Destination management and green human resources

What does a destination that lives sustainability – not just on paper, but in practice – look like? This programme takes you through real stories and concrete examples from Međimurje, where destination management and human resources are developing hand in hand.

Through inspiring lectures, exchange of experiences, and a field trip, you will learn how people, the local community, and authentic values become the foundation of successful and sustainable tourism. The programme is designed for everyone who wants to understand how to turn theory into practice – and how to build a destination with soul.
